Money & career

How you earn, how you grow, and what to do next.

Money

You have cash and a bank account. Your pay comes in when you hand in a shift. Purchases (vehicles, tuning, exams, the doctor) go through your bank or cash, as the shop says. F5 › Finance shows every transaction.

How pay is built

Per step / per km

Each job pays per delivery, box, pallet or fare, often plus a rate per kilometre.

Bonus on completion

A route or contract bonus when you hand in the whole shift.

Hourly wage

Warehouse and forklift work also pay a base wage per hour.

On time

Fast jobs (courier, pizza, taxi, baggage) give an on-time bonus or tip. Newspaper and bike courier give a time bonus up to 25%.

Own vehicle

+25% pay and no 10% deposit.

Damage costs

Cargo damage (truck) and crashes lower the bonus; damage to a rented vehicle comes off your deposit.

Rating: 1 to 5 stars per job

Every shift gets a score and your rating moves towards it bit by bit. New players start at 3 stars. Being late, a stale delivery (yesterday's newspaper) or damage lower the score. A higher rating gives more XP (from 60% up to 125%). At the airport it also decides how many baggage carts you get.

Priority rides

With 4.5 stars or more and at least 5 shifts in a job you sometimes get a priority ride: +50% pay and +25% XP, but with tighter time, and it counts more for your rating.

Streak bonus

Do the same job again within 1 hour of your last finished shift and you earn 5% more pay and XP per repeat, adding up to +100%. Finishing a different job, or waiting longer than an hour, starts the streak again.

XP and levels

Every step gives XP in one or more skill groups, plus always General XP. Levels go up to 100; every level needs more XP than the last.
